Next we considered exercise. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. Exercise can also make us happy. There are lots of exercises that we can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another great way to build strength. Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility and your breathing. It is important to avoid junk food, and drink lots of water, if we wish to lose weight.

We ended our discussion with a mention of sleep. We need to sleep every night. When we don't get enough sleep, we tend to become tired and stressed. This can cause problems like back pain, depression, heart disease and diabetes as well as obesity. So, if we want to stay healthy, we must ensure that we get enough sleep.
