We finally came up with some tips to help us be happier and healthier.

We began by looking at what food we eat. Some foods are unhealthy and others are healthy. We know sugar is bad for you because it causes weight gain. But fruits and vegetables are good because they provide vitamins and minerals essential to our bodies.

Next we considered exercise. Exercise can help our bodies become stronger and give them more energy. It also makes us feel happy. There are many exercises you can do. Some examples include walking, running, swimming, dancing, playing sports, and lifting weights. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.

Let's talk about sleep. Sleep is one of the most important things that we do every day. Lack of sleep can lead to fatigue and stress. This can lead to headaches, back pain and other health problems, such as depression, heart disease, diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.
